Specialized Allez Elite A1 Enhanced Alu Ritchey Shimano Ultegra 22"

Here we have a great Specialized Allez Elite aluminum road bike in blue and gray. Features Shimano and Ritchey components. Bike has normal wear and scratching but in overall great shape. It could use a solid tuneup. The over of the left brake handle is missing, please see pics. Please note: The right brake/shifter will need some work done as they are not currently working. Not sure the exact size so please go by measurements.
